We provide 24-hour 7 days a week accommodation-based semi-independent support for young people leaving care (16+). This service is aimed towards optimising chances for young people who are coming from:
- Care system
- Foster placements
- Broken down families
- Justice System (Home Detention Curfew (HDCs) also known as tag) and
- Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children
OUR SERVICES
We provide a combination of shared and 1:1 depending on assessed support needs of each young person. We have a dedicated team of support staff who with experience and right attitude to quickly form healthy and respectful relationships with our young people to help them settle as well as sustain their placements.
We have access to a variety of specialist support and services, including therapeutic, recreational and educational provisions within walking distances from our houses.
LOCATION
The location is ideal for young people and will provide a combination of homely and tranquil environment with easy access to public utilities, educational institutions, shopping malls and accessible public transport network, all within reasonable travelling distances (walking and public transport).
We are working to establish mutually beneficial relationships with some local businesses who are expressing their willingness to support our young people with employment and traineeship opportunities.

Our properties have been immaculately furnished with young people in mind, completed to high standards and well presented plus office-sleep facilities. The properties boast of the following:

24/7 SUPPORT AND STAFF
Each of our properties will have well-resourced offices with facilities to enable staff to work including during the night. For security of the young people, staff and our premises, we have CCTVs covering both back to front of the houses.
The houses have on site staff 24hrs of the day 7 days a week and at no point will the young people be left on their own. We run 24-hour shifts with our staff working on flexible shift basis.
Our Staff
PRM Living management is complemented by operations team proving essential day to day support to our young people and a back-office team which provides supporting administrative, accounting and quality assurance functions.
We match our staff with young people to ensure that we deliver an outcome focused service which maximises benefit from our placements.
Smart & Safer Recruitment and Selection
We have robust and Smart Safer Recruitment and Selection Policy & Procedures in place.
Not only does this policy ensure that we have enough staff cover to run an effective service but guarantees that we have appropriately and suitably qualified staff with relevant experience who are competently matched to roles to ensure that the service we provide is person-centred, safe and responsive to meet the outcomes of our young people.
The policy provides for water-tight screening to ensure that all our staff have enhanced DBS checks, verified qualifications and reliable references before they are deployed to work with vulnerable young people.
Training and Development
We have a dedicated budget which supports the effective implementation of our Staff Induction, Training and Development Policy.
